Our Thorogood 804-4860 Men’s 6-Inch Safety Toe EH Sport Hikers are designed with comfort and protection as the top priority. The dark brown Full-Grain Tumbled Leather uppers are abrasion-resistant and require minimum care. With the ASTM-approved Steel Toe, you toes are protected from injuries from falling objects, and from compression. The Comfort Weave lining wicks moisture away from your body, but also helps to keep them cool.

The soles are constructed using Direct Injection, a unique process that actually fuses the shoe together so you have a one-piece construction. What we do is to build an upper and put it into a mold. Then, we’ll direct-inject liquid polyurethane into the mold which fuses the shoe together all as one piece. The shoe flexes with your foot so you don’t have to worry about blisters or breaking them in. Our Thorogood 804-4860 Men’s 6-inch Safety Toe EH Sport Hikers have a Fiberglass shank. This feature keeps these hikers lightweight, and also provides extra support for your arches. Outsoles are oil- and slip resistant to give you lots of traction even in wet or hilly terrain. The soles are Electrical –Hazard rated to protect against accidental contact with open circuits or electrically charged equipment.
