One of the key features of the 6151 Work Boot is the guaranteed Rocky Waterproof construction.  Rocky combines a waterproof inner layer with the upper providing a barrier that helps keep water out and feet dry. Treating the 6151 Work Boots with a product like Aquaseal 806-0142 Waterproofing Paste can increase the lifespan of this feature. The lace-to-toe styling provides support, stability and a firm fit, while the removable kiltie gives these boots a great western look.

These Work Boots have lightweight, 400-gram Thinsulate Ultra Insulation. Thinsulate traps air to keep you warm even in temperatures below freezing.

In addition to meeting the highest ASTM F2413-05 Impact & Compression standards, the Rocky 6151 Work Boots also complies with its Electrical Hazard standards.  These Work Boots are made with insulating bottoms providing secondary electrical hazard protection to those areas dealing with open circuits under dry conditions.
